Foreclosure
OnMay 11th I attended a Rule Nisi /Confirmation of Foreclosure Sale hearing. After listening to the Bank Attorney and myself (the respondent) the Judge requested that we submit an order to the Court by Friday as to why the Foreclosure sale should not be confirmed. What type of order should be submitted and how should it be written?

No one here was at the hearing, knows the issues in the case, or any other relevant facts and it would not be appropriate to try to tell you what to put in an order or pleading. If the issue is important, you'll immediately get a lawyer.
