foreclosure overturned?

I am a now tenant of someone who we foreclosed on one and a half years ago. Just received a phone call from them that they said they went to Superior Court yesterday and had the foreclosure overturned. What does this mean and how were we supposed to have been served notice of court?

We know nothing about the case, and have no way of knowing anything. Either review the file at the clerk's office, or have a lawyer check on it.
