Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

If I am in foreclosure in the state of GA and my home is set to sell within 24 hours. Is there any course of action that I can take or is required to be offered to me by the servicer of the loan? Other than payment in full or of the total delinquent balance, Does the servicer have to offer me alternatives such as a payment plan?

The original note is the payment plan. There is no obligation on their part to change the deal both of you agreed on.
