Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Foreclosures

i am facing foreclosure on my home is i don't do something soon. i would like to sue Quicken Loans for giving me a second mortgage ($799 pm for 30 years) when i was not financially qualified. they knew i wasn't qualified and gave it do me anyhow. they since sold my mortgage to CitiMortgage. i think this is so appropriate in comparison to the market and all the foreclosures. had they denied me i would not be in the spot i am now. do you think i have a case?

Re: Foreclosures

You never know if you have a case until everything is investigated. Consult with a local attorney.

Re: Foreclosures

The person who knows most about your finances and what you can afford is You. If you could not afford the loan you should never have signed. Making a bad deal and then not holding up your end of the deal will rarely lead to you hitting the lawsuit lottery.
