Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Does a full price offer with NO contingencies offer HAVE to be accepted in Georgia for a seller that placed a property for sale with a reputable real estate company?

In Louisiana (which is Napoleonic Law), the answer is yes or pay the agencies' fees.

No, but you likely have liability to the agent for their brokerage fee if your broker's contract so provides.
