Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

GA quick deed

I bought a home. I got married. When I refinanced I my husband on the mortgage. He is in financial trouble, that for all intense and purpose does not involve me. If we do a quick deed will that separate him from the home and keep anyone from attaching to the home?

Also, when I purchase a quick deed do I need a warrenty deed too? Once filled out...then what? file where? what should be done with a notary?

Re: GA quick deed

You need to speak with a local attorney. There are many legal implications regarding your situation. For example, hiding assets from creditors can be a criminal act.
