Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

In Georgia my mom and deceased dad are on the title to the house, I, the daughter would like my mom to add my brother to the title as she is getting up in age. Can this be done and would my mom be able to keep her homestead status.

What you would like is not important. If you want to help, assist your mom in finding a good estate planning lawyer to draft a will and other appropriate documents based on her wishes.
