Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
Georgia Real Estate Buyer had home inspection and requested repairs during due diligence period. Seller has not responded or accepted to do any repairs. Due diligence time has now expired. Since buyer never terminated contract waiting on response from seller, does the buyer have to legally accept the property "as is"? Or since seller never responded during the due diligence period, seller is agreeing to do all the requested repairs? Buyer submitted amendment to address concerns on the last day of the due diligence period. An amendment to extend due diligence was prepared and signed; however, the extension also expired.

It depends on the terms of the contract. Have a local attorney review it and advise.
