Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Georgia Real Estate Contract

Does failure to provide the home inspection report with the written amendment constitute the buyer accepts the property ''as is?''

The Georgia Association of Realtors Purchase and Sale Agreement states in paragraph 10, ''If Buyer does not timely present the written amendment and inspection report(s), Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted Property ''as is.''
