Me and my girlfriend recently broke up, and my name is on the mortgage and deed, but her name is on the deed, how can i get her name removed without involving her.

You can't. It was a huge mistake to buy a home together without being married or having a contract to address a possible breakup.

You can sue to partition the property, which will cost a lot and she gets half the value of the home.
