Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Granfather clause prohibiting leasing of condo

A condominium association prohibits condo owners from leasing their condos (unless they were leased prior to 1994) Is there any way to legally challenge this position? Could a week-to-week/ 'tenacy at will' agreement be a way to rent the property without contravening the grandfather clause?

(since there would be no lease involved)

Re: Granfather clause prohibiting leasing of condo

You are asking for a legal interpretation of a condominium document. Such an interpretation cannot not be made without reading all of the documents involved.
