Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Hi

Is there any law that allows one to break a lease agreement in Georgia within a week of signing / move in because of unbearable noise? It is impossible to sleep in the property because of noise coming from the heaters outside.

No.

But if there is something wrong with the equipment, the landlord must fix it.
