Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I hired a handy man to do work on my boat dock. He now has requested payment that is higher than we agreed upon. He says he will come back to my dock and take two of the floats out from under it. Can he do this?

We haven't read your written contract (and please don't tell me you did the work without one). A proper contract deals with price, problems, and the type issues you mention. So the answer is simply, read your contract.
