Home Association Attorney Fees

I recently paid the dues owed to my homeowners association as well as an additional $30 (I paid a total of $363) to cover late fees. The association sent bill to an attorney who is now billing me for an additional $300. It seems that they are billing an additional $30 every 10 days and have not done anything but harrass me. I am unable to pay this and feel this is unjust and baseless, considering the association fee has been paid. What are my rights?

Review your agreements - your rights are likely found in there. You do not post the terms of your agreements as far as dues, dates, fees, etc.
