Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
My home was foreclosed upon by Wells Fargo and they proceeded with evicteion process. Does my homeowners insurance cover damage to my possessions which occured during eviction process?

Almost certainly not. (One wonders why after a foreclosure you thought you could keep your belongings in someone else's home, but regardless, if you read your policy I don't expect you'll find any coverage for a legal eviction).

You are the one who has the policy, so you need to read it. It is unlikely. However, you have no one to blame but yourself if you wait for the Sheriff to come and put you and your possessions on the street.
