Home Loan:

My 76 yr. old mom took out a loan using her home as collateral and didn't get insurance, what should we do? Her home is paid for and I live with her.

We do not know who "we" is, and you do not state what the problem is. Adults take loans out on their home every day, some without insurance (again, you don't specify the kind of insurance, or why you mentioned it).
