Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

i have someone that wants to buy my house,but wants to give me more then i want for the house and me give him the difference back for remodeling,is this legal,or is there a way to do this legaly? and i have owned the house, and lived in the house for four years will i have to pay tax on any profit i make on the house. thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

You describe the most common set-up for mortgage fraud, and many people are serving time in Georgia for being involved. That includes people who know the bank is loaning more than the house is worth, and hand over cash under the table.
