Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
IN my homeowner covenants the lot is recorded in gwinnett county clerk of court my lot is in fulton county is this a problem the subdivision is not complete there are 25 lot left own by the bank is the management company requrie to make the bank keep up the lot as the same as the homeowner because the lot are under the covenants an the have no time line on when the subdivision is be complete
