How can the homeowner that don't have a homeowners assoc. get the builder to ke

How can we as homeowner's get the builder of the sub divison keep the property up until it is turned over to us as homeowners, he will not meet with us as a group, when he said he would show up for a meeting of all home owners he does not show up..we are at our wits end with this builder!

we came up with the idea, that we will with hole the sub division monthly due of each home owner, putting the monies in a central bank with his name on the account as well as our's, until he agress to meet with all of us... but a homeowner stated if we do this he will place a lean on our property if we do this. can you advise of a straggly... that might work?

I represent both HOA's as well as property owners against their HOA, as long as there is no conflict, so I see both sides of the fence, so to speak. I would need more facts in order to give you any reliable advice. Please feel free to give me a call. I don't charge for initial phone consultations.
