Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

homeowner rights
we have a 22 acre ranch in the country people that own land next to ours lease it out to hunters.my question is what rights do we have on county ordinance.every morning 4 wheelers truck lights shining in our bedroom windows our dogs barking and this goes on in the evening also.I have cancer and been going to chemo and i need my rest its very upsetting to be woke up like this.What canwe do?
thank-you--naremoved--P.S they called the dog catcher this morning said they felt threaten this dog is 14 years old and hardly has any teeth i know they did it because the dog was barking but there is a leash law required i know that. this property is aprox. 150 feet from the side of my house i'm also afraid for my horses and a stray bullet.

Your first instinct is probably correct. Check with whoever in your county enforces ordinances. Also, consult with a local attorney.
