Homeowners Association issue

Prior to moving into my new property I asked the Chairman of the HOA if I could install a satellite dish. He approved the application. 3 months later the HOA is telling me to remove it. Do I have a case?

Although I am not totally familiar with it, I believe there is a federal law that says that they cannot interfere with your use of a dish.

What do the HOA regulations say? That is the most imporant factor, and you didn't mention anything about the controlling documents.
