Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I have a house that has gone into foreclosure. I owed a first and a second on the home. The second has turned the loan over to "Real Time Solutions." They are going to try to force us to pay the amount owed.

Can they do this?

A foreclosure does not wipe out either debt (unless you have very unusual loans). Read your loan documents. Whether or not this company is the appropriate party to seek repayment is not something we can answer.
