Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I own a house in GA with 'friends' living in it. They've been saying for a year they are going to buy it. They are living in it with out a rental contract and are paying monthly rent. I have a marriage settlement agreement that says it was supposed to be listed in Jan '09, signed by my ex. After that, she would never agree to sell it. What do I need to do to put the house up for sale.

If there is a Court order in place requiring you or your ex-wife so something, then you do it or face contempt charges. I am not sure what your "friends" have to do with that issue.
