House Listing for less

I found a listing for a house in The Real Estate Book that is listed for 1,150.00. The house was supposed to be listed for more. because this was a misprint with no disclaimer in the book, can I get this house for this price? If so, where do I go from here?

Sorry, but you can't get the house for that price, due to a mistake in posting the sales price. Contact a local attorney for more advice.
