Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My husband and I were contacted by someone yesterday stating he owns the house we previously owned 10 yrs ago. He stated I did not sign the title and he cannot sell it without my signature. He and his lawyer is coming 100 miles up to visit us today for me to sign the title. On the paperwork sent to us in e-mail it stated he has to pay me $10.00 for my signature. Can I ask more?

More what? Money? That should not be the issue. If someone is just showing up with a lawyer to get you to sign something related to a house, it would be very unwise of you to worry about $100. It would be very unwise of you to sign anything at all, at any price, without being fully aware of what you are signing. Since we have no idea what the real issue is or what you are supposed to sign, no one here can credibly tell you what to do.
