Are we supposed to fill in all of the missing facts? Nevertheless, the answer might be simple. If your father is stil alive, he can leave his property to anyone he wishes in his will. If he has passed away, it is too late to do anything beyond relying on the terms of the will or Georgia law if there is no will. Either way, it is not your decision to make.

You have no say so whatsoever in this.
It is up to the father, who needs to do two things: (1) legitimize the children, and (2) draft a will.
