How does investment interest for life work?

If you have an investment interest on property can you sell that property without the other parties involved?

It depends on the wording of the deed by which you obtained your interest as well as any other documents related to the transaction. Many documents of this type state that you must give your co-investors "first right of refusal". Consult with a local attorney who can review all of the pertinent documents.
