Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
As an Investor, I want to purchase 3 houses in the same community with a $780 HOA fee. Will I have to pay this fee on each property or just 1. What happens if I don't pay the fee? Please Advise. Thank You.

Most likely. It would be highly unusual that the HOA fee is per individual regardless of how many homes are owned. Look at the exact terms of the covenants.
If you do not pay it, the HOA can place a lien on your property(ies).
