hi my name is--name removed---name removed-- i work for a mechanic shop in douglas and we had a vehicle left in our possesion on september 8th 2006 since then we have taken out a labor lien on this vehicle and are trying to get a title for it it has a first lien on it also but they have no interest in this truck but will not release the title is there any other way we can get a title to this truck. your help would be greatly appreciated because i am not sure what else to do here. the first lien holder has no interest in the truck so they don't want to pay us for the repair bill and fees but will not release the title either

They may not have made it clear, but i will bet the holder of the first lien wants to be paid off. Then they will release their lien.
