Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My two brothers and I inherieted my fathers house and 21 acres. My oldest brother moved into the home 5 years ago. My younger brother and I would now like to sell our share. My oldest brother told me I would have to sue him to get my equal share of my inherietance. How do I go about filing this law suit???

This is called a partition action, and may seek either actual division of the property, or sale of the property and division of the proceeds. You should seek the advice of a real estate attorney familiar with this process.
