Own land with ex husband, ex is in jail and will be for awhile. Our divorce states to sell property and split proceeds, how do I do this with him in jail?

Your lawyer should have addressed the how in your divorce (hopefully you didn't do a case pro se). The answer depends on your paperwork, which no one here has read.
