Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I have land registered in my name
The mortgage is in another party name.
I was paying the mortgage and paying taxes with the mortgage company.
The mortgage is now in foreclosure.
I want to know can I sell the land to the banker because they will not talk to me because the other party removed my name for communicating with the mortgage company

Your post is way to vague to answer, but in general you can sell to anyone who has money to buy it if the loan is paid off. What does being a banker have to do with that buyer?
