I rent a one acre lot from my Sister. Have been here for 6 years with no written agreement...Now they want a lease signed and have gone up on the rent (doubled it) with no notice to me and they want to tell me who can live in the house/mobile home which I own...Can they do that?

Also in the lease there is no mention of how much note they have to give before they evict me if this occurs...Please Help.

Basically, the landlord can impose whatever terms he/she wants. If you refuse, he/she can evict you, BUT must give you 60 days notice. You can go to your local courthouse and pick up a copy of the exact forms your landlord would have to file.
