Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I am a landlord and my tenant has not paid rent for the past 2 months. I am going to have to evict her. I used a real estate agency to find this tenant. My question is: Can I hold the real estate agency responsible for finding the wrong tenant?

No (unless you have a written agreement saying you can, which is unlikely).
