if I have been supplying water to my sons land from my well, he moves off the land but his girlfriend and children are still there in their personal trailer, can I legally shut offf the water to them? The water was originally run there for my mothers use until she moved into a nursing home.

I know of no reason why you can't shut off the water. However, to short circuit a big argument, I would advise you to run the situation by a local attorney.
