Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Hi LawGuru Team,

I have a questions about "abandonment" real estate laws in Georgia. I recently had my house rented to tenants that were convicted of criminal activity on the premises. They have been arrested and I do not believe they are coming back. I wanted to know if I needed to follow an "eviction" process to reclaim my property or can I consider the property "abandoned" and take back possession.

Currently, we have posted 2 notices (both which have remained in the same spot) on the property as well as sent a 3rd and final notice through certified mail to the property.
