Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
Lawrenceville - Georgia
my landlord gave me a 60- day "Notice to Vacate". I live in a house where I shared common areas with 2 other tenants. Both tenants moved out recently. This is only a simple question: There is not description and/or identification of the house on the notice, does it or doesn't it really matter whether the propperty, from which you are asked to vacate, be identify on the notice ?

There is not even a requirement of anything in writing. As long as you were clearly asked to leave, that's plenty. Legal descriptions, etc. are not needed.
