Lease Agreement
My girlfriend and I had signed a lease for an apartment months ago. We needed parent gaurantees signed for it but they didnt give us a due date for them. We recently just turned them in and they told us the apartment has been leased to someone else already for August.

What is your question? Of course an apartment complex is not going to hold an apartment open for "months" while the tenant completes the basic paperwork. Those items are usually handled in a day or two. It is also not a good sign that the tenant handles his affairs (such as rent payments) in a timely manner.
