lease at apartment
My lease is up on 3-30-09 per my rental aggrement I gave a 30 day notice. They are now telling me that is is a 60 day notice and the wrote in on there copy of the rental aggrement after I signed the original. My copy of the lease only states a 30 day notice. What can I do?

If you have a signed copy of the lease, show it to them and tell them you intend on complying with the terms of the contract and expect them to do so. This should have been the first step.

Sounds like they are trying a fast one on you. If they won't agree to be bound by what's on your copy, consult with a local attorney.
