Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I would like to lease a commercial property that appears to be abandoned. I have called every known listed number for the owner, but all have been disconnected. Is there anyway that I can lease this property without the owner's consent?

No. In fact, if you go on the property without the owner's consent, you could be arrested for trespassing. Consult with a local attorney. You may also need a private investigator.

I am not sure how you think you can possibly lease the space without the owners consent. Do you mean can you move in secretly without the owner knowing? Who did you propose to pay, and how much?

Obviously not. Doing anything on or to an owner's property without consent would be a crime.
