Is a lease contract legally binding if I forged my spouses signature in GA?

It's probably legaly binding on you.

If your spouse objects, it's NOT binding on her.

Your bigger problem will be your prison sentence. You committed forgery in the 1st degree. If the landlord or your spouse complains, you may serve up to ten years in prison. Get yourself a very good divorce lawyer and a very good criminal lawyer. You likely need both.
