Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

About lease purchase

We have been leasing this place for 33 months, we are two months behind. They are now refusing our payment to be totally current, and they want us out and are telling us that we have just been renting, yet, we have paid the taxes and insurance and invested money on fixing this place up. What are my options. Can someone please help me on this, or head me in the right direction..

The title of your message was "about lease purchase" but in your message you did not refer to anything but a lease. In any event, any written agreement would control. In the absence of such, you are a tenant at will and can be evicted through court order.
