Behind on a Lease Purchase

The Renter has not paid since 01/07 and it was half months rent. Continues to break all verbal agreements to repay. Wants to make a partial payment next week. Cannot carry the mortgage any longer. Can I let it go back to the bank even if he makes a partial payment that would not bring him current?

Yes, you can let it go back to the bank. However, there may other ways, e.g., eviction, to salvage the situation. Consult with a local attorney.
