Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

If I lease-to-own a my house to another person,( or for that matter just rent it out to another person) does either scenerio call into effect the "acceleration clause" in my mortgage contract with my current mortgage holder?

No one here has your documents. Read it. A lease is not a transfer of title, but a sale from a lease purchase certainly is.
