Leasing a home

I am currently leasing a home that has a sale date of nov6th. I have had no notification from the proptery management company. What is my legal recourse?

Re: Leasing a home

Assuming you mean your landlord is selling the house, then the lease runs with the house unless there is a provisions to the contrary in your lease. In other words, with the exception of foreclosures, you get to stay in the house and the buyer becomes your new landlord under the same terms.
