My fiance is buying a home in florida.Me and our 4 year child we be moving with him. if some thing was to happen to him what happen to me and our child?He said he would write a will and put us in it along with his two other

kids! can the will be contested by them? one is 22 yrs and 17yrs.

No one can -- or should -- guess "what will happen" to you and your child based on vague stories about what someone else might or might not do, with documents that might or might not ever exist. If you and your fiance want to handle things properly, you will see a qualifed lawyer to do so.
