Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I need to know if i have any legal recourse in this real estate matter. Eight months ago we purchased a beautiful home that was built in 2005. Seven months into the house a natural spring pops up at the front door. After the city checked it out they said it was not a leak it's a natural spring. Can we take legal action against anyone?

You left out a single fact about who had knowledge and somehow acted improperly or negligently? Acts of God are often the price of owning property - not an opportunity to sue someone. Check your own insurance.
