Inform your spouse that you do not agree to the listing or sale of the house, and inform the realtor that you are co-owner, and do not consent to the listing or sale of the house. The property cannot be sold without your consent, and the realtor should not offer it for sale without your consent. If they persist in showing the house, consult an attorney.

If your name is on the title, the listing contract is void. The same would apply to any contract for sale. It is certainly possible that your spouse told the realtor that he alone was on the title and the realtor acted on this information. You should immediately correct the situation by sending a certified letter to both the realtor as well as his/her broker.
