Your question appears to ask whether a lender can be the buyer's agent for representation at closing. That question should be addressed to the attorney who will conduct the closing; however, the answer is likely to be no. A buyer's best move is to hire an attorney who is not affiliated with the lender or the lender's law firm to represent their interests at the closing. Alternatively, some closings are accomplished by mail, as long as the lender and title insurance company allow that practice.
