Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

With regards to the liability for a trustee is there any difference between using a Trustee's Deed rather than a Quit Claim Deed for transferring real estate from a Trust to the buyer of the real estate?

In other words does one protect the trustee more than the other once the real estate has been transferred and the Trust dissolved?

You are talking labels and the title of the document, without any regard for the substance of the documents (including all the related documents you did not mention) or the transaction as a whole. That is meaningless.

The titles of the documents are not as important as what they say. Read the documents. If you cannot tell which one would be the best choice, then employ an attorney to protect your interest in conducting an error-free transfer.
